Shipping policy

Standard shipping is offered for all orders placed on fadedsaint.us.

Before the order ships, you can track its status through order updates sent to your email. If you checked out as a guest, please contact our Customer support team at contact@fadedsaint.us.

Once your package has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please check the number of parcels you received and ensure they are not damaged. You must immediately report any damage and/or missing product/parcel upon delivery.

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Domestic orders (US) typically arrive within 5–7 business days after processing. International delivery times vary by destination (7–21 business days). Free shipping on domestic orders over $100. Please note that you cannot choose the date or time of delivery. Once the order has been placed, it is no longer possible to change the shipping address.
